We will look at what emotions look like in the body, based on cross-cultural research and learn tools to attend and nurture the network of neurobiochemical signals that keep us alive.
In a world that promotes a mind-body disconnect, we will practise moving down from the cerebral and embrace a full-bodied experience through our emotions. Let’s bust some of the myths about emotions and reclaim their strength in helping us navigate our lives.
